Evo 2.1 Details
Evo 2.1 is a ground-based, unified disc golf platform. The product's development has taken into account the challenges facing the teepad site; size, flatness, durability, ease of installation and especially price. The platform is designed to be permanently installed on a compact soil base, e.g. on top of a sand or gravel ground. The base can be surface-mounted, leaving the metal edge visible, or alternatively, it can be sunk into the ground. The throwing platform is lightweight, easy and quick to install. The throwing platform is designed to be used with an artificial grass mat, which comes installed with the platform. Sand to be added to the artificial grass mat is not included in the delivery. Recommendation Fescon PH 0.5-1.6 mm blast sand 25-50kg / m2.
The teepad is delivered as a ready-made complete product and installation is a quick procedure. The place where the base is installed must be flat and dense ground, for example a sand or gravel ground.
The installation can also be done on top of the support structure, in which case the support is every 100 cm.
The platform is designed to withstand the weight, strain and wear and tear on it.
The frame of the base is a 50mm strong steel composite plate designed and manufactured for disc golf use.
The artificial turf on top of the platform and the added sand work together with the frame as a flat platform for throwing.
The teepad platform is 2 meters long and 1 meter wide. Sufficient size ensures that the platform is suitable for a large number of fairways. The size allows for a good pace for the throw, as well as staying on the teepad after the throw.
The sand artificial turf on top of the base is an essential part for safe and high-quality throwing. The flat surface and the even friction of the sand artificial turf create the best possible conditions for the thrower to perform his performance as well as possible.

The safety of the platform is one of the most important criteria for athletes and sports enthusiasts. Throwing places are under a lot of strain, because all opening throws are made from the same places. Thus, it is very important that the durability and other properties of the platform are taken into account in the design and implementation. Evo 2.1 meets the requirements of the Consumer Safety Act 920/2011 and the standard SFS-EN 15312 + A1.
