This page contains the terms and conditions under which we will supply you with products that are displayed in our online store Flatpad.fi. Please read these delivery terms carefully before ordering products from the store. By ordering the products, you accept these terms. We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for yourself. Ordering

The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the e-commerce checkout function. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices and delivery costs. If an e-mail address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The ordered products and the price appear in the order confirmation.

PAYMENT

The payment intermediary for the online store is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay's online service and Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy is shown as the payee on the account statement and invoice. Visma Pay forwards payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the details of the payment transaction. The transaction is created between the e-commerce customer and the e-commerce. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the store. PAYMENT METHODS

Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking IDs, wallets, payment cards (credit / debit), invoices or installments. 

The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local Cooperative Banks, S-Bank, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Flexibility, Fellow Invoice and Fellow Business Invoice. 

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments to pay for the application settings. Payments made with MobilePay will be charged to the debit card attached to the wallet. If the debit of the payment card fails, it will not be possible to pay with the MobilePay wallet in the online store. 

Pivo: The terms of use are available on Pivo's website: https://pivo.fi/kayttoingim/pivon-kayttoingim/ Flexible Invoice and Installment is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and securely. Flexibility is for individuals who have managed their finances properly. With the flexibility, you get 30 days interest-free and no-cost payment period. After receiving the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in installments. With an installment payment, you can pay for your purchase in up to 36 installments, starting at € 9.90 / month. The cost of the flexible installment is EUR 3.90 / month and a credit interest rate of 19.90%. You can pay 30 to 3000 euros for purchases with Flexible. Aurajoki Nordic Oy is the lender. DELIVERY

Orders are mailed on weekdays. Delivery time for products delivered from stock is usually 5-10 business days. If the delivered products are custom-made, the delivery time is usually 3-6 weeks. Delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method, possible additional services, the weight and size of the order. You will see the delivery costs in the e-commerce checkout function before the final acceptance of the order. If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported immediately, but within 14 days to the online store. Packages damaged in delivery must be reported immediately to the company responsible for delivery.

CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT

The agreement is created when you confirm your order in the store, click to accept these terms and make a payment using one of the payment methods we accept. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the price of the product in the store was obviously incorrect or the product is exceptionally unavailable. If we have to cancel the order, we will refund the purchase price immediately.

CONSUMER RETURN

If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the product in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. In that case, you can return the product by sending it back to us. Before that, however, you should contact us to confirm your return. We also hope you will tell us the reason for the return. We will refund the price of the product in full, but the delivery costs will remain to be paid by the customer. If you want to make sure you get your money back for the returned product in full (no warranty returns), the product must be in its original condition with all supplies and packaging (so that we can resell the product at full price). However, if the returned shipment does not contain everything contained therein or is in poor condition for a reason caused by the customer, we will generally withhold 25% of the sale price as damages. However, the right of return does not apply to the following products: products which have been specially manufactured, ordered or modified at the request of the buyer. Used products that have been used for more than rapid testing or if the product is unsaleable.
